All shipping information is displayed on every auction page underneath the product description and payment information.

You may have noticed that doesn’t do combined shipping. The reason why we don’t do combined shipping is not only to protect our customers, but also to verify that each shipment was delivered and received.

Each item is shipped individually with its own tracking number so that customers are able to track each one of their orders throughout the entire shipment and delivery process. Individual shipment also helps customers should an item become lost while in transit with the shipper.

If your item is lost, definitely send a Support Request or contact our friendly Customer Support Team to have a lost package claim started for you.
