On PoliceAuctions.com, there is no way to cancel a bid. All bids are final. However, if you place a proxy or max. bid, we can freeze your bid so your proxy or max.bid will no longer increase.

If you would like to free your proxy or max. bid, login to your account by clicking Login in the upper righthand corner of the page. You can then either click the blue Login With Facebook button or the green Login button after entering your username and password.

Once you’ve logged in, click the your username in the upper righthand corner of the page to display a dropdown menu. Select Support from the dropdown menu. You will be taken to the PoliceAuctions Customer Support Tickets page where you will click the blue Create Support Request button.

After clicking the Create Support Request button, you will be taken to the PoliceAuctions Customer Support page. There’ you’ll have a form where you can describe your problem. To have your proxy or max. bid frozen, definitely make sure to enter your username and the auction number. You will then click the blue Submit Issue button.

Once we receive your support request, we will freeze your proxy/max. bid.
