PoliceAuctions.com currently ships to the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We are aware that items are not being scanned for tracking one they depart from the international carrier in the US to Australia. We do understand that this can be frustrating and we apologize for this inconvenience, but keep in mind that PoliceAuctions.com ships each item individually insured.
Items shipping to Australia typically take 10-21 days to be delivered. If you don’t receive your item after 21 days from the date of shipping, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly Customer Service team by submitting a Support Request.
To submit a Support Request, first login to your PoliceAuctions.com account by clicking Login in the upper righthand corner of the page. One you’ve been taken to the Login page, either click the blue Login With Facebook button if your account is synced with Facebook, or enter your email and password before clicking the green Login button.
Now that you’re logged into your account, click on the downward arrow next to your username in the upper righthand corner to display a dropdown menu. Select Support from the dropdown menu.
You will then be taken to the Police Auctions Customer Support Tickets page. Click the blue Create Support Request button on the lefthand side of the page. After being taken to the Police Auctions Customer Support page, you will be shown the support form. Select the symptom of your problem from the dropdown menu under Symptom. Under Issue, fill out the details of your problem including your username and the auction number of the lost item. When you’re finished filling out the form, click the blue Submit Issue button.
Once our friendly Customer Service team receive your request, they will email you a claim form that you will need to sign, date, and return to PoliceAuctions.com.
