If you don’t receive an item from PoliceAuctions.com after the estimated shipping time has passed, don’t hesitate to fill out a support request and let us know. When packages get lost in transit, PoliceAuctions.com has a claim process in place to make sure our customers are fully covered.

To start the process, you’ll first want to login to your PoliceAuctions.com account by clicking Login in the upper righthand corner of the page. You’ll then be taken to the Login page where you can either click the blue Login With Facebook button if you account is synced with Facebook, or enter your email address and password before clicking the green Login button.

After you’re logged into your account, click on the arrow next to your username in the upper righthand corner of the page to display a dropdown menu. Select Support from the dropdown menu to be taken to the Police Auctions Customer Support Tickets page. There, click the blue Create Support Request button to be taken to the Police Auctions Customer Support page.

When on the Police Auctions Customer Support page, fill out the customer support form by selecting Where’s My Item from the dropdown menu under the Symptom section, and enter your username as well as the auction number of the item you have not received under the Issue section. After filling out the form, click the blue Submit Issue button at the bottom of the form.

Once our friendly Customer Service team receives your support request, they will email you a claim form a total of three times. Please be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders for these emails. Also note that the emails will be sent to the email that your account is created under. If you do not receive the claim form by the end of the business day, please let us know so we can then mail or fax the claim form to you.

Once you have received your claim form, sign and date the form and return it. You can return it by email, fax, or mail. Once we have the signed form back in our possession, the claim process will begin. The process takes 10 days from the date we receive the signed form to be completed. If the shipper is not able to find and deliver the package within 10 days, we will issue a full refund for the item, including original outbound shipping costs.
