To access your items and bids, you’ll first login to your account by clicking Login in the upper righthand corner of the page. Logging in with Facebook is a great way to speed up the process with a one-click option.
Now that you’re logged into your account, you may be wondering why you can’t place a bid. It may be because you have an unpaid item in your My Items section.
To access the My Items section, click My Items located in the upper righthand corner of the screen next to your username. Once you on your My Items page, you’ll see all of your unpaid items. These items must be paid for before you can place any new bids or even increase existing and max. bids.
