Once you’re logged into your account, you’ll want to click on My Items in the upper righthand corner next to your username. You’ll then be taken to the My Items page where you can see all of the new features.
All items that have been won, paid, and shipped will now all appear under your My Items page. You’ll also be able to see the date that you won the item, the date that the item shipped, the tracking information of shipped items, as well as an option to download and print a receipt.
Also, if your ever request to return an item and may have forgotten your RMA number, that information is now supplied under your My Items page. On your returned items, your RMA will be displayed as well as the date that PoliceAuctions.com has received your item, the status of your RMA, and the status of your refund.
If your item is replaced instead of refunded, you will see a new item with a new tracking number appear in your My Items page.
